In this workshop, Cecilia and Erin will share their love of improvisation. Inspired by recent years of study in Brussels under David Zambrano, Cecilia and Erin will guide participants through scores inspired by Zambrano's improvisation practice, in combination with their own experiences of over a decade of dancing and performing improvised work. Participants will explore how to harness their own personal experience in their dance, shape energy in the moment, and create spontaneous compositions. Open to all levels, from those new to improvisation to experienced movers, this workshop offers a supportive environment to be both nurtured and challenged.
